LIUNA Local 607 is creating pathways to the skilled trades for Indigenous youth across Northwestern Ontario. Through partnerships with school boards, First Nations organizations, and community partners, Local 607 delivers hands-on training, industry certifications, and real-world construction experience that help students build skills, confidence, and career opportunities before graduation. These programs are helping develop the next generation of skilled trades workers while strengthening Indigenous participation in the construction industry.
